When you register, you have the option to choose from 3 payment types. You can either pay the full amount upfront or choose to pay in 2 or 3 instalments. Regardless of the payment type you choose, a payment amount will be taken upon registration.

After that, your monthly payment(s) will be scheduled automatically based on the payment option you selected, starting from the date of your registration.

All registration payments are handled securely through a payment provider https://squareup.com/.

Please note that we do NOT accept payments made through cash or bank transfer methods.

The deadline for registration is on 18th July. It's important to register before the deadline as the price will increase +£10 per person after the deadline. This is because we need to submit all camper details one month before the event to allow the venue time to prepare for our arrival.

The registration will remain open after the 18th of July, but with the price increased.

If you are no longer able to attend the church camp, you may request a refund up to 1 month before the event. After 19th July 2024, requests for refunds will no longer be accepted, unless special circumstances apply (at the discretion of the Family Camp Planning Committee).

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone to take your place, but a refund will not be issued. Request for refunds can be made by emailing us at camp@wordinternational.org.uk.

Young campers below the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a named adult 18 and above. A consent form must be signed and returned by the parent or legal guardian of the young camper.

A consent form will be sent to the parent or guardian of the young camper by the camp committee in the months leading up to the church camp.

The cost of the camp covers food, accommodation, activities, and workshops, as well as an official camp t-shirt.

However, transportation to and from the camp venue is NOT included and will need to be arranged separately and locally. The transportation fees will be confirmed at a later date.
